GrooveSeeker: Partners and Friends
When we connect, we become stronger together.
Hi everyone,
There have been a lot of exciting developments with both GrooveSeeker and Verdant Intelligence, and we will be writing about those things in upcoming articles. Today, I want to write about the people, groups, and organizations we are currently interested in meeting, but I also want to tell a little bit more about who we are, how we think, and what impact we envision for GrooveSeeker and every other future fractal intelligence that spawns from Verdant Intelligence.
A cosmic scene played out in my mind last night, and I want to convey it.
Before I do, a little about me. I think in terms of relationships/connections. I write about network science, how things connect, how ecosystems change over time, how software and malware behave as systems, etc. I am a systems thinker. I am not a list thinker. I think in terms of how we all fit together, and that affects how I think about everything, including GrooveSeeker. You can read more about that on my other blog.
Because I have mapped out the internet, because I have seen so much, I have a different awareness than most, and this awareness painted a scene in my mind.
Adrift in the Cosmic River
The scene is simple. We are all adrift on the river of space and time. We flow through life. We are born, we experience life, and then we are gone. But we are here. We are all here, right now, adrift in the cosmic river. We flow through time, and we travel through space.
People say that we are not alone, and we are not alone. This is not our reality.
This is closer to our reality.
We have friends, family, and other people we know. We are all only a few handshakes away from each other. But we’re still quite isolated, and this is well known in Network Science. “Rich Get Richer,” big nodes become bigger nodes, billionaires become richer billionaires, but for most of us, we’re still kind of isolated, in small clusters.
In the image, the billionaires have a boat, and there are some organizations, but many of us are still quite isolated. In the entertainment industry, small venues may not be found, and talented artists may never be discovered. The clusters and billionaires get to look like they have everything together, but they are adrift as well.
GrooveSeeker exists to bring us all together. We do not claim to be the ecosystem. We don’t announce that we are going to replace the biggest fish in the pond. We do not consume and disregard. We illuminate the ecosystem and help it flourish. We highlight the small venues and the unknown artists. We uplift the things we stitch together: people, venues, organizations, and so on. We show the true reality, and help people flourish.
Let’s Work Together
We are looking to meet different kinds of people, and we are looking for mutual benefit, not one-sided. We want to work together with others while uplifting each other’s efforts.
Right now, we see partnership in two different buckets:
Business Partners
Community Partners
We really want and need both. Business impacts the community, and there is no business without communities. They both have different needs.
With business partners, we are interested in meeting people related to:
Finance and Investment
Legal and Regulatory
Technology
Marketing and Public Relations
We do not want to be sold to. We are looking for partnership and collaboration. We are looking for mutual benefit, as I mentioned. We want to find ways to help each other. If you are interested in helping and being helped by Verdant Intelligence or GrooveSeeker, please send me a message!
For GrooveSeeker, the more urgent need right now is in Community Partnership. We want to help the entertainment and art ecosystems, so we are looking to meet people related to:
Industry Voices: podcasters, bloggers, content creators, and influencers.
Local businesses and community hubs: music shops, event venues, musicians, DJs, promoters, organizers, creative collectives and art groups, universities and student organizations. Basically, on the ground people and places.
Anyone who thinks that GrooveSeeker is important and useful and has an idea for mutual benefit.
GrooveSeeker is alive now. We have good data. We see upcoming events to the end of 2026, and we want to get this information and our AI interfaces into use. We are working on doing that, and meeting these kinds of potential Community Partners would be very helpful, all around.
And Then We Thrive
It took me a few days to get my thoughts together for this, because I wanted to communicate how we think about networks and ecosystems, and how we engineered Verdant Intelligence and GrooveSeeker to be a force for good. We want life to thrive. We want people to enjoy life, to go to events, to hear information they need when they need it, and to not feel overwhelmed or Fear of Missing Out (FOMO).
Everyone benefits. We help each other, and we all thrive. The small isolates are not left alone to fend for themselves. We illuminate the signal, we uplift the small venues, we showcase the unknown artists, we help illuminate fun events, we help life flourish.
